Use of the Service
- Provide only text that you have the right to use.
- Do not submit sensitive or illegal content.
- Do not attempt to abuse, overload, or disrupt the service or underlying APIs; respect rate limits and abuse protections.
Accounts and Access
- Sign up/login is handled through Zideons SSO and app-managed authenticated sessions for protected app actions and pages. Keep your credentials secure and do not share them.
- We verify authenticated session state server-side to authorize protected actions and access to protected pages such as the Profile page.
- This app includes a Profile page where you can set a profile name. Profile names are globally unique in this app.
- The app may provide a daily free Z-Coin allowance. Unless we say otherwise, that allowance resets at midnight U.S. Eastern Time and may change, be limited, or be withdrawn to prevent abuse or support service operations.
- Z-Coins, whether granted for free or purchased, have no cash value, are not redeemable for money or monetary credit, and may be used only within participating Zideons apps and services.
- Coin packs are not available for purchase at this time. If paid coin packs are introduced later, any related billing, refund, expiration, or purchase terms will be published before launch. Unless we expressly state otherwise in writing, Z-Coins are non-transferable and non-refundable except where required by law.
- Access may be revoked if misuse or abuse is detected.
- You may contact support by email with or without an account; you remain responsible for the information you share.
Profile Data and Deletion Scope
- Profile data for this app is stored in this app's Firestore project.
- When you delete your account/profile from this app, profile data associated with this app is deleted.
- Your separate profile data on zideons.com is managed separately and is not deleted by this app-level deletion.
Content and Ownership
You retain ownership of text you submit. You are responsible for ensuring you have rights to the content. Generated audio is provided for your use; we do not claim ownership.
Service Changes
Features may change or be discontinued without notice. We do not guarantee availability or performance.
Advertising and Cookies
Google Ads/AdSense scripts may run on this site. Ads or ad partners may use cookies, pixels, or similar technologies to measure impressions, cap frequency, reduce fraud, and personalize content. These technologies may collect data such as IP address, browser/OS details, coarse geolocation, and interaction with ads. You can manage or block these cookies in your browser or Google Ad settings.
Third-Party Links and Ads
Links or advertisements may route you to third-party sites. We do not control or endorse their content, products, or policies. Review any third-party privacy policy and terms before providing personal or sensitive information.
Third-Party Services
- Gemini API (Google) for speech generation.
- Zideons SSO and app session handling for user accounts and authenticated access control.
- Google Cloud Firestore for this app's profile settings and profile-name uniqueness records.
- Google Cloud Firestore usage records for daily allowance, usage events, estimated token counts, estimated provider cost, and abuse-prevention diagnostics.
- Support email handling for account questions, bug reports, and feature requests.
- Google Analytics for usage metrics (page views, device/browser info, coarse geolocation, interactions). Google sets its own cookies; you can block or delete them in your browser or use the Google Analytics opt-out add-on.
- Google Ads/AdSense for advertising, which may set cookies or similar identifiers for measurement and personalization.

The service is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages resulting from your use of the app.
Liability and Indemnity
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service (if any). You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your misuse, unlawful content, or violation of these terms.

Downloads
When you download generated audio, it is stored on your device. You are responsible for handling, sharing, or deleting those files. We are not liable for loss, corruption, or misuse of downloaded content.
